Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please note I require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. The full appointment fee is payable for late notice, unless a patient is ill or experiencing a personal crisis. I often have patients waiting for a cancellation who need some notice to be able to take an appointment. So if you do need to cancel or change an appointment, I would appreciate as much notice as possible.
